We are unhappy and you'd better get used to it. Every era is bound to have its own crap, but the crap you know is always particulary bad. In our own era, we are so free that we are no longer allowed to be unhappy. Face it: we have way too much stuff to be even mildly unamused for any substantial period. If you insist on being unhappy; move to Africa. Should you have no desire to move to Africa and prefer a double moccacino ($6,49 just this week), stay. Just be happy. Don't worry. However: be afraid. Fear is a sign of good (mental) health. If you're here, and you're not afraid, you must be insane. Or you're [alt. you are] part of the problem. Insanity itself is part of the problem. We cannot make money out of bravery. No one needs a hero. Heroes suck big time. Dude. There are rules you should live by. All of the views expressed are those of the interviewed only and do not necessarily represent views shared by the publisher. As a company we simply cannot afford to have a view. Views cost money and we are here for everybody. We regret that any opinion communicatied by any employee or employee of affiliated organisations may have offended you in any way. We just want to make you happy. Is that so bad? Not everything has to be political. We have calculated to the square centimeter how much livingspace our appartments should offer our potential custmers for them to be able to express themselves and be happy. By crossreferencing those numbers with data from psychological research we have also been able to come up with the optimal number of options and extras for each livingunit so that each appartmentowner can create his own, personal unique livingarea by merely clicking options together. No two appartments will be the same.
